I recently purchased a Compex MI-Sport from Tiedje and had a question re the inclusion of the introduction DVD.... No problem, I phoned them and received the DVD in the post a couple of days later. The customer support is second to none. I would heartily recommend them to any one who requires good service, good support and a good price.... 10 out of 10

After having bought our Tunturi treadmill from Sport-Tiedje and used it
regulary for more than half a year, we suddenly experienced problems with
the product. After having had some bad experiences with purchases
previously bought over the Internet, it was with some worries that we
contacted Sport-Tiedje with our problem - but we was not to worry! E-mail
was promptly answered and spareparts and instructions to solve the
problems fast forwarded from customer service at Sport-Tiedje.
Unfortunately the problems continued and grew - some products are just
made on "mondays" - so we couldnt solve the problems ourselves. Again a
fantastic service from Sport-Tiedje was given. We should not worry anymore
as a new model was underway. No fuzz or dumb explenations - just service.
So if you are a new customer and wondering if you dare to buy through
Sport-Tiedje - just do it!
So many thanks despite the inconvinience.
