Today we received the Bremshey bike and I wanted to take a moment to leave a note of appreciation for your good service. I selected the bike using your informative web site, but I had a few questions and ended up placing the order on the phone after taking with Jennifer Wegner. She then followed up with me via email on some other questions. She is very courteous, professional, and dependable, and made the entire shopping experience very pleasant.
At first sight, the equipment appears to be of high quality and solidly built. The only defect was with one of the bolts that came without thread. We were able to get a replacement at a local hardware store so it is no big issue. However, if you have a way of forwarding this comment to the manufacturer, I am sure they will be interested in knowing that one their suppliers provided them with a defective bolt.
All in all, I am very pleased and plan to return for my next purchase.
